By submitting this form, I grant Vicarious Lingerie and The Vicarious Fashion Show the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record me, and to use my name, image, likeness, and voice in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes.
I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I release and hold harmless Vicarious Lingerie, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims related to the use of this content.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have the full right and authority to agree to this release.
