الوصف الوظيفي - Job Descriptions: 1- Mechatronics Engineer - مهندس ميكاترونكس The Mission: You are the bridge between our technology and our customers. You will use your unique blend of mechanical, electrical, and software skills to prototype new hardware, while also acting as a technical sales expert who can passionately demonstrate the value of Taqa Mate to new clients. Key Responsibilities: * Innovation (R&D): Design, prototype, and test new hardware solutions (custom sensors, robotics for audits, etc.). * Business Development: Assist with sales . Meet with clients, understand their challenges, and conduct compelling product demos. * Solution Design: Work with new clients to design the optimal package of software and hardware to meet their goals. * Market Feedback: Bring insights from the field back to the development team to shape the product roadmap. Who You Are: * A recent Omani graduate in Mechatronics Engineering. * You have a passion for building and tinkering with sensors, hardware, and electro-mechanical systems. * An excellent communicator, equally comfortable in a workshop and a boardroom. * Commercially aware and excited by the challenge of growing a business and securing new clients. * You possess an innovative mindset and are always looking for new ways to solve problems. --- 2- BMS Integration Engineer - مهندس أنظمة مباني
The Mission: You are the crucial link that connects our software to the real world. Your mission is to become an expert in Building Management Systems (BMS) and lead the technical integration of the Taqa Mate platform at our client sites. Key Responsibilities: * Onboard new clients by analyzing their existing BMS infrastructure (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, BACnet/Modbus protocols). * Plan and execute the physical and software integration of Taqa Mate's IoT hardware with the client's legacy systems. * Troubleshoot any connectivity or data flow issues between the building's systems and our cloud platform. * Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients post-installation. * Develop a deep knowledge base of various BMS protocols to create standardized integration procedures. Who You Are: * A recent Omani graduate in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering or relevant specialization. * A logical thinker and natural problem-solver, fascinated by how large, complex systems communicate. * You enjoy hands-on work and are excited by visiting client sites and working with industrial control systems. * Meticulous, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring our solution works perfectly for every client.
3. Full-Stack Software Engineer - مطور برمجيات The Mission: You are the architect of the digital future of Taqa Mate. Your primary mission is to build, scale, and refine our SaaS platform, turning complex energy data into a simple, powerful, and beautiful user experience for our clients. You will own the core product from the database to the front-end. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain the front-end interface of the Taqa Mate platform. * Build and manage the backend services, APIs, and database for real-time data processing. * Work with the engineering team to design and implement robust data pipelines. * Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the software stack. * Translate user feedback and business requirements into new product features. Who You Are: * A recent Omani graduate in Computer Science or Software Engineering. * You have a strong portfolio of projects (please share your GitHub link) that demonstrates your passion for building real applications. * Proficient in modern front-end (e.g., React, Vue) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python) technologies. * Excited by data, APIs, and the challenge of building a product from the ground up.
4. Civil Engineer - مهندس مدني

The Mission: You will lead the civil design and site supervision of new petrol stations, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality construction delivery. You will also support ongoing construction projects across Muscat, translating drawings into reality on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare civil designs, layouts, BOQs, and technical drawings for new petrol stations.

Supervise site works including foundations, drainage, paving, and underground tank installations.

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and authorities.

Monitor quality, safety, progress, and compliance with Omani regulations.

Review shop drawings, materials, and contractor submissions.

Who You Are:

A recent Omani graduate in Civil Engineering (Omani nationals only).

Strong in AutoCAD and engineering fundamentals.

Detail-oriented and confident working both in the office and on construction sites.

Eager to take ownership of projects and grow within a fast-moving engineering environment.
