About Company

Codar Tech Africa is looking to hire a a Growth Associate, who will play a key role in driving growth and scaling impact within a dynamic tech environment. This position involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on revenue growth, performance monitoring, and KPI supervision.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to implement marketing strategies.
• Drive revenue growth through performance monitoring and KPI supervision.
• Implement sales strategies and actively participate in sales duties.

Requirement

• At least 4 years of experience in Sales (experience in Edtech sales is a plus). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization. • Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
