Open to legal residents of Indiana and Illinois who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries are accepted from 9:00 AM Central on Saturday, September 19, 2026 through 11:59 PM Central on Friday, September 25, 2026. Entries submitted outside this window are not eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Complete this free online entry form. No purchase, payment, fee, donation, or obligation of any kind is required. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Entry is not conditioned on buying, selling, listing, or financing a property, on using the Sponsor's services, or on any other transaction. You do not need to be a client, become a client, or agree to be contacted about real estate services in order to enter or to win.
6. PRIZE
One (1) prize consisting of a $100 Visa prepaid gift card. Approximate retail value: $100.00. The card is subject to the terms, conditions, and any fees imposed by its issuer. The prize is not transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's discretion. Only one prize will be awarded.
7. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Monday, September 28, 2026, and notified using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.
9. TAXES
Any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. PUBLICITY
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name and city for promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law. The winner may decline this in writing without forfeiting the prize.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
