Eligibility & Application Requirements
Please review the following carefully before applying:
- Applicants must be current ACOR members to be eligible.

- The application must be fully completed and submitted for consideration.
- Images of all submitted artwork must be included with the application.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- All submissions will be reviewed by the ACOR Exhibition Committee.
- Artwork previously exhibited in an ACOR exhibition is not eligible for re-exhibition.
- Both 2D and 3D works are eligible; however, all work must fit within existing display
cubbies measuring 25" high x 17" wide x 18" deep.
- Exhibitions rotate quarterly and remain on display for the duration of the exhibit.
- There is no exhibition fee.
- Artists selected for exhibition must review and sign an ACOR Exhibition & Loan
Agreement prior to installation.
- A Condition Report will be provided for each artwork and must be completed by the
artist prior to installation.
- Artwork must be installation-ready upon delivery. Work that is not ready to hang will not be installed.
- ACOR will notify artists of any sales inquiries; artists are responsible for
handling all transactions directly.
- In the event of a sale, ACOR suggests a 25% voluntary donation of the sale price to
support ACOR programming.
