I am Rimjhim Agrawal, co-founder and psychologist at Your Emotional Wellbeing.
I have taken 500+ sessions, and each one has taught me something new. Every client’s story has shaped me as much as therapy has shaped them. In my opinion, real change does not come from only hearing “you’re right” or “it will be okay.” Unlike ChatGPT, I do more than reflect your thoughts back to you.
We do the real work together and real work takes effort. And that effort leads to real change.
I have been trained in more than 8 types of therapeutic approaches like Gestalt, CBT, REBT, Narrative Therapy, etc., but I don't prefer using the same method for everyone.
I adapt my approach to the person sitting in front of me.
