Crozier Consulting is a UK-based boutique media and growth agency working with ambitious brands across ecommerce, education, technology and mission-driven organisations.

We help brands connect strategy, media, data and measurement into one joined-up growth engine. That means thinking beyond individual platforms and building plans around the audience, the product, the commercial model and the wider growth opportunity.

Our work spans three connected areas: growth strategy, media activation, and measurement and intelligence. We help clients understand their audience and growth opportunity, activate across the right mix of digital and traditional media, and build the reporting, forecasting and attribution systems needed to make better investment decisions.

We operate as a senior-led, high-touch partner, often working closely with founders and internal marketing teams. We value clear thinking, strong communication, commercial judgement, curiosity, transparency and ownership.

As the business grows, we are building out The Collective: a carefully selected group of trusted specialists who can bring deep platform expertise, technical craft and strong commercial thinking into client work.

For this role, we are looking for one or two exceptional paid social specialists who can bring that same standard into Meta and paid social: people who understand modern platform buying, care about the craft, think beyond Ads Manager and want to help build better work for serious clients.

The right person will work closely with Crozier Consulting’s founder, an experienced media and growth strategist who has led major client accounts including Vodafone and Toyota, and held senior leadership roles within top-three global media agency networks. This is an opportunity to work hand in hand with senior strategy, learn quickly, contribute meaningfully and help shape a higher standard of paid social work.

This is not the right fit if you are primarily an organic social media manager, content creator, community manager or general marketing assistant. It is also unlikely to be the right fit if you have not personally built, managed, optimised and reported on paid social campaigns.

We are specifically looking for someone / individuals who are confident working inside Meta Ads Manager, understands performance marketing, can analyse beyond surface-level metrics, and is comfortable explaining what is happening, why it matters and what should happen next.
