What follows is a questionnaire to check if we're on the same page (or complementary). These questions become very relevant when considering living together, even if it's just for a trial or an experiment. Therefore, take your time and please answer truthfully. We recommend to go through it on a laptop, rather than a phone. There is no need to answer with long paragraphs. One or a few lines is often enough. Questions with * are required, which is the case for most of them.
It may happen that a certain response will directly lead you to the end of the form. This means that there is a hard line incompatibility at this stage. You can always try again at another moment, when you feel the reason for incompatibility is not valid anymore.
During the cococooning period, we can also show you our filled forms if you wish.

There is no right or wrong answer per se. We do have a specific type of people in mind whom we want as co-actors in our lives' movie. Therefore, we ask you to be super honest. It doesn't benefit anyone in the longer term to tweak the truth.
