SkillShikshya is looking for a creative and trend-aware Junior Content Script Writer who can craft engaging scripts for our digital content.

You will work closely with the marketing and video teams to write short-form and long-form scripts that hook our target audience, simplify complex topics, and make our educational content more engaging and relatable.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, storytelling, and audience psychology, and enjoys turning ideas into content that people actually want to watch.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
◉ Write engaging scripts for short-form videos, reels, and educational content.
◉ Create strong hooks and storytelling structures to capture audience attention.
◉ Research trending topics and adapt them to our students /audience in Tech.
◉ Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and video teams to align scripts with campaign goals.
◉ Simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, and relatable content.
◉ Revise and improve scripts based on feedback and performance insights.
◉ Stay updated with content trends, formats, and audience behavior.

💻 Must-Have Skills & Mindset:
◉ Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and clear scripts.
◉ Understanding of short-form content and viral video formats.
◉ Ability to write strong hooks, storytelling flow, and engaging endings.
◉ Good research skills to identify trending topics and audience interests.
◉ Creative mindset with attention to detail.
◉ Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.

🎯 Good to Have:
◉ Prior experience writing scripts for YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok content.
◉ Understanding of Tech or educational content formats.
◉ Basic knowledge of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
◉ Experience working with content creators or video teams.
