S3 · Pre-Work · Who You Serve

Your Identity Is About to Meet the Market.

Session 3 is where the work becomes external. Before we look at who you should be building for, we need to look honestly at who you have been building for — and whether those two pictures match. Spend 20–25 minutes with these questions before the session. The more specific and honest you are, the more powerful the session will be.

PART 1 · YOUR CURRENT CLIENT PICTURE

IF YOU HAVE CLIENTS: Use this pre-work to audit what is real. Answer from your actual experience — who you have worked with, what has felt aligned, what has felt like performance.

IF YOU ARE PRE-CLIENT: Use this pre-work to build from intention. Answer from your most aligned experience to date — practice sessions, volunteer work, workshops, people you have helped informally. The questions work either way.

Q1 · Who are the people you are currently working with or have worked with?

Q2 · Which person or group energised you most?

Q3 · Which person or group quietly drained you?

PART 2 · THE PATTERN UNDERNEATH

Look for the invisible thread. These questions ask you to stop looking at individual clients or experiences and start looking at what connects your most aligned ones. The pattern is your data.

Q4 · What do your most energising clients or experiences have in common?

Q5 · Looking at your nine words from Session 2 — where did those words show up most naturally?

Q6 · Which audience type have you been avoiding — and what is the fear underneath it?

PART 3 · IMAGINING FORWARD

The client you are building toward. Whether you have clients or not, these questions ask you to look forward — to who you are building for, not just who has found you so far.

Q7 · If your ideal client found your work tomorrow — how would they have found it?

Q8 · What does your ideal client already believe before they meet you?

Q9 · What does your ideal client feel after working with you — not think, feel?

Bring this completed form to Session 3. Whether you answered from current clients or from intention, the pattern in your answers is the data we will use to build your ideal client avatar.
