Issue #1 - Writing and Art

Welcome! Thanks for finding us and wanting to submit your work to our first issue!
All submissions are read by our editor-in-chief and we aim to respond to you within seven days. If it's a little longer, don't worry; it doesn't mean you've been rejected. Applications will close SUNDAY 4TH OCTOBER at 11:59pm (BST).
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES - MUST READ BEFORE SUBMITTING
1. We don't edit pieces (except for a fee), so your work must be of good quality before you press submit. If you are interested in our editing or in-depth feedback services, email us at eccentricitiesmagazine@gmail.com.
2. We only publish work in English, sorry! Hoping to work on this in the future.
3. You can submit up to three written pieces or five art pieces, or a mixture of both. If the art comes with a written explanation or element (which is definitely encouraged), please include this in the same document as your art.
3. Simultaneous submissions are okay, but let us know if your work is accepted elsewhere immediately so we can say congratulations!
4. We are willing to accept work that has been previously published or posted online, but please check with the previous publisher if this is allowed first.
5. There is no minimum word count. However, as a general rule, any piece of writing should not exceed 4,000 words or it won't fit in the magazine!
6. Absolutely no AI or other machine-generated material. This includes during the writing, development, construction, and editing of your work. All work must be your own at every stage. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a permanent ban from our magazine.
