At Ebb&Flow – SoulSpace, we are a boutique wellness studio and Teacher Training Academy offering Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Reformer across our Farnham and Petersfield locations. Our spaces are designed to feel calm, considered and welcoming — a place to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect through movement.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Studio Coordinator to support both our head office operations and in-studio experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing studio and gain hands-on experience across the business.
This is a part-time role (three full days per week — Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm), based in the studio and head office.
No two days are the same — you’ll move between head office tasks and the studio floor, supporting the General Manager and wider team across admin, marketing and operations.
You’ll be involved in a mix of tasks — supporting client communication, providing admin support, assisting with marketing activity, and creating simple, on-brand materials such as posters and in-studio signage. You’ll also assist with projects, reporting, and wider studio initiatives, as well as supporting the planning and delivery of workshops and client events.
You’ll work closely with our teachers and wellness team, helping to support schedules, studio flow, and the overall client experience. You will also support with SoulSpace student admin and helping courses run smoothly.
This role is also hands-on by nature — we’re a small team, so you’ll be happy to get involved in the practical side of running the studio. This might include restocking the shop, ordering supplies, setting up spaces, unpacking deliveries, and keeping everything organised, calm, and running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident with clients, and who enjoys variety in their day. This role would suit someone early in their career who is keen to learn and gain hands-on experience within a growing wellness business.
Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential — you’ll be supported and trained on the job.
This role is three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm). There may also be occasional weekend support required for teacher training, events, or workshops.
Benefits include complimentary access to studio classes.
If you’re interested in wellness and looking for a role where you can learn, contribute and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you.
