GreenThumb: Grow anything, anywhere

I work in research or academia (university, lab, agri-tech R&D)

I grow or want to grow crops commercially (farm, hotel, restaurant, specialty producer)

I'd like to grow fresh food at home, without needing farming experience

Which best describes you?

Area-Specific

Specialty crop producer (e.g., saffron, wasabi, medicinal herbs)

Hotel, resort, or restaurant growing produce on-site

Everyday greens and herbs (lethuce, basil, arugula)

Premium or unusual crops (strawberries, wasabi, saffron)

A bit of everything, I just want it to work

Reproducing conditions consistently across experiments

Collecting sensor data reliably and continuously

Cost of commercial growth chambers or phenotyping equipment

Too much time spent monitoring and adjusting conditions

Growing crops outside their natural climate or region

I don't have the knowledge and plants die on me

Fully automated care (system controls water, light, climate on its own)

Works offline, keeps running without internet

Easy setup, no technical knowledge needed (plug-and-play)

Remote monitoring and control from your phone (dashboard + camera)

Data and insights about your plants' growth (ML recommendations)

Efficient use of resources (up to ~90% less water, optimized energy and inputs)
