Serenity Spa & Beauty Bar LLC Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your participation, including billing, cancellation policies, and member responsibilities. By enrolling, you agree to maintain active payment, follow all Spa guidelines, and provide proper notice for any changes to your membership. Our goal is to ensure a clear, fair, and positive experience for every member.

After the initial purchase, your membership and the associated cost will renew monthly. The number of renewals depends on the membership type and contract length selected below.

Please note that memberships are non-refundable and all standard policies, terms, and conditions still apply. Any unused credits will roll over during your contract term and must be used within 30 days of the end of your contract. Credits can also be gifted to someone else for a $10 fee.

If automatic billing fails, a $20 late payment fee will be charged. Please notify us in advance if there are any changes to your preferred payment method to avoid any disruptions to your membership.

A $200 early termination fee will be charged on all memberships cancelled before the contract ends.

Unpaid membership payments, late payment fees, and early termination fees will be sent to collections after 30 days of non-payment.

I understand that if my membership is cancelled before the end of the contract term that I will be billed the difference in cost on all services and event tickets that I had received at the discounted member rate.

I understand that a $200 early termination fee will be charged on all memberships cancelled before the contract ends.

I understand that unpaid membership payments, late payment fees, and early termination fees will be sent to collections after 30 days of non-payment.
