Purpose of Donation
The donor acknowledges that this contribution is a 100% voluntary donation to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation silent auction. No commercial booth space or sales space is provided in exchange for this item.
Delivery Deadline
To ensure proper display, marketing, and bidding setup, all physical items or digital certificates must be delivered or scheduled for pickup no later than 3 days prior to the selected event date.
Voucher Validity
If donating a service voucher or certificate, the donor agrees that the certificate will be valid for at least one full year from the event date, unless an explicit expiration date is stated in the description above.
Finality
Once submitted and accepted, the item becomes property of the event host solely to be auctioned for charity. If an item does not receive a bid, it may be rolled over into a future event's auction to ensure the cause is supported.
