About the facilitators
The Sound Lab is a registered Scottish charity helping young people to fulfill their creative potential through free music, media, digital and arts tuition.  The three main communities they serve in 2026 are: care experienced children and young people; those with lived experience of displacement (e.g. asylum seekers and refugees) and children and young people with a disability / additional support needs.

Paque, the facilitator of this workshop, was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and raised in the UK from age five. Paque has spent 16 years crafting his sound — shaped by Biggie, Kendrick, Future, Skepta, Giggs, and Kanye's Graduation. He's opened for The Game, Hopsin, Slum Village, Cassidy, AJ Tracey and SL, and headlined shows with Scotland's DF Concerts. Now 29, he's working on his debut album with producing partner Asendo under the name PAQSENDO.
