Who can report
You can report if you are an employee, contractor, supplier (or supplier staff), former employee, intern, shareholder, job applicant, or any person who obtained the information in a work related context.
What you can report
Report suspected or actual misconduct, such as corruption or fraud, financial irregularities, harassment or discrimination, health and safety risks, environmental violations, data protection issues, or other serious wrongdoing and attempts to conceal such matters.
Confidentiality and protection from retaliation
We handle reports with strict confidentiality. Retaliation, threats, or attempts at retaliation against good faith reporters are prohibited and may lead to disciplinary or legal consequences. This protection is guaranteed under the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive.
