About BookBloomPR

BookBloomPR is a publishing marketing and creative agency that connects authors with trusted freelance professionals across a wide range of services. We carefully match each project with collaborators whose expertise best fits the author’s needs.

Our Collaboration

• You will work as an independent freelancer, not as an employee of BookBloomPR. • You are free to accept or decline any project offered to you. • To ensure consistency across the agency, BookBloomPR reviews the rates proposed by collaborators and establishes standardized pricing for each service.
• All communication with clients and project coordination is managed by BookBloomPR. Our role is to organize the collaboration, coordinate timelines, and act as the main point of contact between authors and collaborators.
• Projects may involve one or multiple collaborators. If different professionals are assigned to separate services within the same project, they are not required to communicate directly with one another. BookBloomPR coordinates all communication and workflow between collaborators whenever necessary.
• To ensure high-quality work and realistic deadlines, BookBloomPR only accepts projects with a minimum production timeline of one month. We do not accept rush projects or deadlines that would compromise the quality of the work.
• Based on your profile, skills, availability, and experience, you may: be personally invited to participate in a project; or apply for an available opportunity after receiving our email notification. Because we already have your portfolio, experience, and professional information on file, we can efficiently determine whether your profile is a good match for each project and recommend the most suitable collaborators to our authors.
• You may accept multiple projects simultaneously and manage your workload according to your own schedule. BookBloomPR offers flexible freelance opportunities, allowing you to work part-time, full-time, or alongside your existing clients.

Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal, Wize or European bank transfer, depending on the collaborator’s location and preferred payment method. BookBloomPR will discuss and confirm the payment method before each project begins.

BookBloomPR operates on a 50% upfront / 50% upon completion payment system. When an author books a service, they pay 50% of the total fee before the project begins. The remaining 50% is paid once the service has been completed and approved.

As a collaborator, you may choose one of the following payment options:

• Receive the full payment once the project has been completed. • Receive 50% at the beginning of the project and the remaining 50% upon completion.


Commission

BookBloomPR retains a 10% commission on each individual service booked through the agency.

This commission covers:

• Finding and acquiring clients. • Matching authors with the right professionals. • Project coordination and management. • Communication between authors and collaborators. • Administrative support. • Payment coordination. • General assistance throughout the collaboration.


Currency Conversion & Payment Fees

Payments are made in the currency agreed upon for each service. Any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, bank charges, local taxes, or payment platform fees (such as PayPal or your financial institution) are the responsibility of the collaborator and will not be reimbursed or compensated by BookBloomPR.

The amount paid by BookBloomPR corresponds to the agreed service fee, minus the agency commission. Any additional deductions resulting from currency conversion or payment processing are outside of BookBloomPR’s control.


Application Process

Submitting this application does not guarantee immediate work. All applications are carefully reviewed, and accepted professionals become part of our freelancer network. Projects are assigned based on availability, experience, and the specific needs of each author.

Applications are usually reviewed within 4–7 business days, and you will receive an email with the outcome.
