At Fam we're crafting finance for the next-gen, we move fast and build for millions of users. We're looking for a senior product designer who's deeply passionate about their craft and wants real ownership over what they build.
What you'll do
You'll own end-to-end product design across multiple high-impact verticals, from early research and ideation all the way to polished, shipped pixels. You'll also help us improve how we work as a design team: better processes, tighter workflows, and a stronger design culture overall. If you're someone who naturally mentors and elevates the people around you, you'll thrive here.
What we're looking for
1. 3-5 years of product design experience, specifically in a b2c startup environment (this is non-negotiable)
2. Strong end-to-end design skills: you can think systems-level and still obsess over the details
3. You're fast. Not sloppy-fast, but you have a bias for shipping and iterating quickly
4. Deep proficiency in Figma and Framer
5. Experience building and maintaining design systems
6. Comfortable with ai-native design workflows: tools like ai prototyping and generation. If you're early in this journey that's okay, but the curiosity should be there
7. You've operated with high ownership before and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
Bonus if you
Have worked on consumer fintech products before
Have experience mentoring or leading junior designers
Care about motion, interaction design, and the little things that make a product feel alive
