Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Baghdad
Job Summary:

This position is responsible for handling the daily on-site tasks of the warehouse staff in terms of coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of warehouse inbound/outbound tasks to ensure high-level performance that meets SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the warehouse team in scheduling, task delegation, development, and
performance assessment.
• Monitor warehouse operations, including materials receiving and delivery, handling,
and stock monitoring.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and conducting
regular checks on machinery, tools, and infrastructure.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external entities
related to warehouse activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory reliability,
order fulfillment rates, turnaround times, and storage efficiency.
• Regularly review stock counts, address discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
to improve inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch
of materials.
• Plan and adjust storage layouts to maximize space utilization and streamline
operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in
efficiency and effectiveness.
• Anticipate demand flows and adjust staffing and processes to ensure operational
readiness.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Understanding of stock control, receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory management techniques.
• Ability to lead and coordinate warehouse teams, manage resources, and make operational decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, reporting and data analysis, with commitment to health and safety standards.
