TechUnit Partners acts as a "Founder Firewall." We protect the product quality. How do you handle the following live scenarios:

1. Scenario: The "Just One Quick Thing" Trap:

You are deep in a project. The Client messages you directly: "Hey, can you just add this small extra feature/asset? It will only take 10 minutes." You know it is out of scope. What is your exact reply?

2. Protocol: Your "Definition of Done"

Before you mark a task as "Ready for Review," what specific quality checks do you personally perform? (e.g., checking against the brief, stress-testing, spell-checking, looking for edge cases).

3. Scenario: The Rejection

The Project Manager reviews your final submission and says, "This isn't hitting the standard we need. We need to rethink this approach." What is your immediate reaction?

Defend my work and explain why it is actually correct.

Ask for a call to clarify the gap between the brief and the output.

Just make whatever changes they want immediately without questioning.
