What is Thought Leadership for Humans?
TL4H is a six-week, cohort-based program for climate founders, operators, job seekers, researchers, solopreneurs, and other big thinkers who know they should be talking about their work publicly, but haven't figured out how to actually do it.
Think of TL4H as a classroom, lab, and community space rolled into one. The specific goal: equip would-be climate leaders with the structures, processes, inspiration, and feedback they need to finally step into their own voices.
We'll leverage the collective momentum of a smart, motivated community and the clarity of assessments and prompts to help you get out of your own way and start speaking up.
I'm not so sure I want to be a "thought leader." I don't think LinkedIn interests me / I'm more interested in hosting events (or writing books, or landing speaking opportunities...) / Aren't thought leaders kind of annoying?
In this program, when we talk about "thought leadership," we're embracing a broad, omnivorous definition that spans the various platforms and spaces where you're likely to connect with your people: LinkedIn and other social platforms to begin, most likely, but also newsletters, podcasts, op-eds and articles, books, even in-person workshops and events and community gatherings.
And if the idea of trumpeting your own authority makes you bristle, you're definitely not alone. But amplifying your unique authority is what's going to help you attract the right right partners, collaborators, funders, clients, and customers and eager to advocate for your solutions.
What's the financial investment?
The cost of the program is $947 (need-based scholarships are available; there's space to indicate interest below).
