Apply to Thought Leadership for Humans

July cohort | July 6-31 | $225

You have important ideas. The people who need to hear them don't know you exist.

That's not a confidence problem. It's a structure problem, and it has a solution.

What is Thought Leadership for Humans?

TL4H is a cohort-based program for climate founders, researchers, operators, practitioners, and communicators who know they should be sharing their work more publicly — but haven't found the structure to actually do it.

This is the lighter version of Katie's full 6-week program: four weeks, a lower price, and the same core ingredients that made the first cohort work — live sessions, a guest expert, real feedback, and a community of peers who get what you're building.

This is not a personal branding course. It's a structured process for developing a clear, authentic voice and a plan for using it.

What's included:

-Live teaching call with Katie -Show-and-tell cohort call -Live guest expert session + Q&A -Self-guided audio lessons, worksheets, and curated recordings from cohort 1 -A private community space for sharing drafts, ideas, and feedback -Personal, line-by-line feedback from Katie on your writing

What participants from the first cohort said:

"It's hard to overstate how meaningful this experience was. The diversity of perspectives in the room created a kind of creative momentum that's hard to replicate. I zeroed in on my project in a way that thrills me."

"Each weekly segment builds and complements each other in a way that builds skill and confidence. It really is a complete program that helps participants go from 0 to 10."

Is this for you?

TL4H is a good fit if you:

-Have more ideas than output, and suspect your visibility gap is costing you real opportunities -Have tried to build a public voice before and stalled -Are ready to start before you feel perfectly polished

A note from Katie:

I consider it my job to help you define what success looks like for you — early, and specifically. People come in with very different goals: attracting funders, landing speaking opportunities, building an audience, or simply finding a sustainable rhythm for sharing ideas they've been sitting on for too long. Whatever yours is, we'll sharpen it together.

I'm also a longtime editor and writing professor, and I'm genuinely in my element giving line-by-line feedback. You will not leave this program without having received close, careful attention to your actual work.
