Sports Categories

Delegates participating in team sports are not permitted to participate in Media/Arts categories and vice versa.

A delegate cannot participate in more than 3 sports.

Early Bird (till 3rd January, 2026):

• 1 Sport: Rs. 1500

• 2 Sports: Rs. 1,800

• 3 Sports: Rs. 2,300

Standard:

• 1 Sports: Rs. 1800 • 2 Sports: Rs. 2300 • 3 Sports: Rs. 2500 No delegation fee will be charged for sports categories.

VR Cricket participation fee is Rs. 300 per participant (payable on-spot).

Arts, Media & Performing Arts Categories Each team must consist of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 delegates.

Delegates may participate in up to 5 categories, including the compulsory Media/Arts category.
