2026 PENTICTON FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDOR APPLICATION

Thinking about serving at the Penticton Night Market?

This isn’t a parking lot pop-up.

It’s Thursday nights in the park, steps from the lake, golden hour rolling in, live music starting up, and people actually hanging out instead of rushing through.

Food is a huge part of that energy.

We’re looking for food trucks, trailers, pop-ups, dessert makers, beverage bars, basically the cool people who can handle a crowd and bring something worth lining up for.

The 2026 season runs from the third Thursday in May through the third Thursday in September at Gyro Park, downtown Penticton.

Market hours are 5:30–9:30 PM. (Set-up & take-down 4:00-5:30 & 9:30-11:00 PM)

Food vendors are curated for quality, variety, and flow. Submission doesn’t guarantee acceptance, but we’re excited to see what you’re bringing.

Vendors approved for electrical service are responsible for supplying their own commercial-grade extension cords and any required connectors. All cords must be outdoor-rated and in good working condition. The market does not provide adapters or additional cabling.

HOW WILL YOU BE JOINING US?

Full season is 16 Markets total.
Instalment plans are made in two payments, first upon 48 hours of acceptance, second due by May 1st.

Once a category reaches capacity, additional applications will be placed on a waitlist.

If space becomes available, waitlisted applicants will be contacted and given 48 hours to confirm their spot before it is offered to the next vendor

DO YOU CURRENTLY HOLD A VALID FOOD SAFE CERTIFICATE?

DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE INTERIOR HEALTH APPROVAL FOR YOUR OPERATION?

WILL YOU BE USING PROPANE OR OPEN FLAME COOKING EQUIPMENT?

Vendors using propane or open flame must comply with all applicable fire regulations and may be subject to inspection.
