This survey is part of a master’s thesis research that examines the role of emotional intelligence in the development and effectiveness of leadership within a business context. Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions as well as the emotions of others. The aim of this research is to explore its contribution to the development of leadership skills, professional growth, and effective leadership of employees in a contemporary organizational environment.
