This campaign is to fundraise for a disabled, queer writer of Haitang (a platform for web novels based in Taiwan), who has recently come forward to share her experiences, hoping to raise enough funds to pay off an exorbitant amount of fines to avoid being jailed - all over writing queer web novels.
The government is doing underhanded tactics to equate all queer writing as pornography. We are trying to raise $65,000 CAD, and are at 23,853k currently, to save a disabled author who cannot survive incarceration from this injustice. For this reason, all donations are non-refundable.
We no longer require entry fees to submit. Instead, we require you to spread the word about this campaign with flyers. You can donate 4 USD to the campaign to receive a discounted EPub of anthology upon publication.

Submission deadline is June 30th. We accept prose under 8k words and poetry up to 4 pages maximum. If you classify it as Fantasy, like Magical Realism, Horror Fantasy, Romantasy, Sci-fi x Fantasy, or Mythology, we'll consider it Fantasy. This is a very loose and encompassing interpretation of the genre umbrella.
NOTE: if you are writing fantasy based on a culture you are not from, we ask that you have a sensitivity reader from that culture proof your manuscript before submitting to us. We will not have the time to ensure all pieces submitted are edited for this and would rather not publish potentially misleading or harmful materials.
Please note, we don't accept any AI-generated, prompted, or LLM edited submissions. Also, NO pdfs for editor accessibility reasons.
We are not accepting artworks this time around due to page count concerns and pricing, but if you have an artist already with a border illustration for your work you commissioned (or character art) you'd like to include (and have permission/commercial rights to do so), please note that.
