本人明白香港職涯發展協會（HKCDA）將收集本表格所提供的個人資料，用於處理入會申請、管理會員記錄，以及向本人發送協會活動及資訊。如本人申請為正式會員並獲接納，本人同意授權公開的資料（包括姓名、職銜、機構及簡介）將刊登於 HKCDA 會員名錄。本協會不會在未經本人同意下將資料轉交第三方。根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章），本人有權查閱及更正本協會所持有的個人資料，如有需要請電郵至 info@careerdevelopment.hk。I understand that HKCDA will use the personal data provided in this form to process my membership application, manage membership records, and send me information about Association activities. If my Full Membership application is approved, I consent to the publication of my authorised profile information (including name, job title, organisation, and bio) in the HKCDA Member Directory. The Association will not share my data with third parties without my consent. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), I have the right to access and correct my personal data held by the Association by contacting info@careerdevelopment.hk.
