THE EXCLUSIVE PLAYER – (NEW) ARTIST PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Directrzkut Collective / The Exclusive Player (“Platform”)
and
Artist (“Participant”)

1. PURPOSE

The Platform provides artists with access to:

Digital fan engagement tools NFT-based access systems Merchandise and content distribution Community/social platform (ExclusiveUnlocked.social) Events, gaming, and digital experiences

Participation is non-exclusive and project-based.

2. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS Artist Ownership

The Artist retains 100% ownership of:

Their name, likeness, image, and brand Their music, content, and intellectual property

The Platform does not:

Own Artist content Control Artist distribution outside the Platform Restrict Artist from using other platforms Platform Usage Rights

The Artist grants the Platform permission to:

Use their likeness and content only within Platform-related projects Promote the Artist through marketing tied to Platform activities 3. PLATFORM SERVICES & STRUCTURE Merchandise Sales Artist keeps 100% of earnings If Platform handles storage/fulfillment → Platform receives 4% Card System (Physical) No direct Artist payout at this stage Costs are absorbed by: Production Shipping Labor Backend infrastructure

Future digital card systems may include revised compensation structures.

Brand Partnerships

If Artist participates in brand deals via Platform:

80% Artist 20% Platform Events

For Platform-created events:

70% Platform 30% Artist

(Subject to event structure and expenses)

Future Digital Earnings

The Platform may introduce:

NFTs Tokens / digital currency Game-based rewards Streaming/virtual monetization

Compensation structures for these will be:

Communicated at launch Agreed upon per use case 4. OPTIONAL PARTICIPATION Artist is not required to participate in all Platform opportunities Each opportunity will be presented individually Artist may opt in or opt out at any time 5. CONFIDENTIALITY / NDA

The Artist agrees:

Not to share internal Platform processes, tools, or systems Not to leak: unreleased content other artists’ materials platform strategies

This includes:

Cards Vault systems Platform mechanics Digital access structures 6. NON-CIRCUMVENTION

The Artist agrees NOT to:

Reproduce Platform systems (cards, vaults, access mechanics)
Share or replicate access methods outside Platform control Use Platform structure to bypass agreements or distribute unauthorized access 7. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

The Artist agrees to:

Maintain respect for: the Platform, other artists, collaborators Avoid: harassment, exploitation, unauthorized sharing 8. CROSS-PROMOTION The Platform may offer cross-promotion between:
artists brands producers Participation is optional and designed for mutual visibility. 9. NO LABEL RELATIONSHIP

This Agreement:

Is not a record deal
Does not bind the Artist exclusively Does not require loyalty to all Platform initiatives 10. MEDIA & CONTENT

Any media created through:

Events Campaigns Platform features

is considered:

Collaborative promotional content

Used to:

Increase visibility Support artist rollout 11. TERM & FLEXIBILITY This Agreement remains active while the Artist participates in the Platform. Terms may evolve based on: Technology changes Digital currency regulations Platform expansion

Artist will be:

Notified and given option to continue or withdraw.
