I hereby apply to Newry RBDC No. 4 for a Vehicle Procession Permit authorising the vehicle detailed hereinafter to be driven in the County Down Grand Black Chapter Procession in Newry on Saturday 29 August 2026 and in associated feeder processions on the same day.
