Please read each section carefully and try to be as thorough in your answer as you can. Forms that are filled out incorrectly can’t be submitted to our artists for review. We respond to request forms in the order they are received. You should hear a response from a member of our team within a week of submitting. If more than one week passes before you receive a response, please be patient and understand that this means we are trying our best to field all of the requests and will be responding to you as quickly as we can.
Please note: submitting this form does not guarantee booking. All submissions are reviewed by our team before scheduling. We aim to be honest and transparent throughout the process and some ideas simply don’t always translate to a tattoo or may not be aligned with your requested artist’s style and creative focus. If that is the case, you’ll still receive an email notifying that your submission was reviewed, along with recommendations on moving forward if they apply.
