I understand that foxyoreos may not be comfortable drawing every request that I make, esp around some bodily fluids, musk/smells, messy details, or hyper proportions. I understand that certain comic topics or scenarios may need to be revised to accommodate triggers and aversions. I won't push back or argue about art topics that make foxyoreos uncomfortable.

Commissions are posted publicly

I understand that artwork I commission will likely be posted publicly on Subscribestar and on other gallery sites even if I've requested to be kept anonymous.

GenAI restrictions

I understand that my commission may not be used for the purposes of AI training, fed into a LORA (or similar) for ANY purpose (commercial or personal, public or private), or iterated on or combined with any LLM or image-gen AI product or model, whether proprietary or open source - with no exceptions.

Bonus time and/or extras are not guaranteed

I understand that foxyoreos is not obligated to add any additional time to the piece being commissioned. If extra time is added, this is not a guarantee that any extra time will be added in the future. I will not request additional time or try to guilt foxyoreos into providing it
