Being part of a Third Room Cohort means joining a community of peers who “get it.” The value comes from three dimensions:

Every session blends structured insight with lived experience — from Gill and from other operators who’ve scaled teams, products, and cultures. It’s practical, real-world learning you can apply immediately. It will help you avoid some pitfalls.

Members form lasting peer relationships that extend well beyond the program. The small, curated group creates a space for honest discussion, shared challenges, and mutual accountability — the kind of network that helps you think, grow, and lead better. It will build your confidence as an operator.

With Gill’s guidance, participants gain clarity, frameworks, and confidence for the next stage of their career — whether it’s scaling themselves as a leader, stepping into an executive role, or navigating the complexity of growth. Many members wil be supported through promotions and careers changes (new roles and new companies) - the cohort can ensure you're in the right role and getting the right package.
