Order Terms

All items are handmade to order based on the colors, sizes, connectors, and other options you select. Please review your selections carefully before approving your order.

Payment: Payment is due after Connor has reviewed your request and confirmed the order details and final price. Work will begin once payment is received.

Shipping: Shipping costs will be included in your final order total and confirmed before payment.

Custom Orders: Because each item is made specifically for you, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Changes & Corrections: Please review your selections carefully. If a connector needs to be changed because of an ordering mistake, you may ship the item back to Connor’s Cord Works. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a $10 correction charge applies.

If We Made a Mistake: If your item is made differently from the order you approved, Connor’s Cord Works will correct it at no additional cost.
