Belize 2027 Registration

Welcome to the registration page for our 2027 Belize Origin Adventure with Moka Origins. We're excited to have you join us on this 8-day, 7-night immersive adventure through Belize, where culture, cacao, and adventure come together in an unforgettable journey.

Register yourself and your travel companions using the form below. Once we receive your registration, we'll email you an invoice along with our Tour Participant Agreement for each adult traveler to sign electronically.

Tour Dates

Feb 27-Mar 6, 2027

Tour Rates

Rate: $3,200 per person, based on shared accommodation.
Single supplement: $700 for a private room, subject to availability.

Important: Airfare is excluded from the prices above

Deposit Amount: A $1,000 deposit secures your spot on the trip.

Balance payment: Due on or before November 30, 2026

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to chelsea@mokaorigins.com. Your cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.

Cancel on or before September 30, 2026: Full refund less a $300 administrative fee per person. You receive $2,900.

Cancel October 1 through November 30, 2026: Moka Origins retains $1,600 per person. You receive $1,600.

Cancel on or after December 1, 2026: No refund. 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.

Travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and emergency medical evacuation coverage at the time you register. Our cancellation policy does not make exceptions for illness, injury, or personal emergency, so insurance is the only way to recover your tour cost in those situations. We'll provide any documentation your insurer needs.

Tour Participant Agreement

Once you complete this registration form, we'll email you our Tour Participant Agreement to sign electronically. Every traveler 18 or older signs their own copy, and a parent or legal guardian signs on behalf of any traveler under 18.

Signing takes about two minutes and doesn't require an account. Your spot is confirmed once your agreement is signed and your deposit is received.

How payment works

Once we receive your registration, Mark Larson will email you an invoice along with your Tour Participant Agreement to sign.

To pay by credit card: call Mark Larson at (570) 979-1010, Monday through Friday. A 3% processing fee applies.

To pay by check: mail $1,000 per traveler, payable to Moka Origins, to 952 Bethany Turnpike, Honesdale, PA 18431. No fee.
