Participant recognizes that boarding, sailing upon, and disembarking the Trident 4512 pontoon carries inherent maritime risks including vessel motion, sudden stops, slippery decks, and weather shifts. USCG Captain maintains absolute authority over navigation and safety.

Participation in water sports (paddleboards, kayaks, floating rafts) involves known hazards including tidal currents, depth variations, and marine life. Participant attests to swim competency and agrees to wear PFDs upon crew request.

Affirmative Verbal Consent Policy

UN Hinged enforces a strict, zero-tolerance 'Affirmative Consent' policy. Touch, flirtatious advances, or lifestyle interactions require explicit, verbal, and sober consent. 'No' means no immediately and without exception.

Non-Consensual Conduct Remedies

Any guest exhibiting non-consensual behavior, boundary pushing, or harassment will be immediately isolated, transported ashore by dock transfer or water taxi at their own expense, and permanently excluded from all future UN Hinged events.

Participant agrees to keep confidential the identity, attendance, and conduct of every other guest. Participant will not disclose, publish, or repeat outside this event any guest's name, image, likeness, or personal information, and will not photograph or record any guest without that guest's express permission. This obligation continues after the event ends.

Alcohol & Zero-Tolerance Federal Drug Policy

Alcohol served at this event is complimentary and is consumed at Participant's own risk. Participant agrees to monitor their own intake and to remain capable of safely occupying the vessel. In accordance with federal law applicable on navigable waters, illegal drugs and controlled substances are prohibited on board without exception.

Testimonial & Confessional Video Rights

Participation in any testimonial or confessional video is voluntary. Participant grants UN Hinged rights to publish clips. Guests who request anonymity in app will have faces digitally blurred and voices altered prior to publication.

Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participant knowingly and voluntarily releases UN Hinged, its owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, hosts, and the vessel's owner, captain, and crew from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, death, or property loss arising out of attendance at this event, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the released parties. Participant assumes all risks of boarding, occupying, and disembarking the vessel, and of all on-water and social activities, and accepts full responsibility for their own conduct. This release binds Participant and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

Governed by Florida Maritime Law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through private, confidential binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, preserving complete member anonymity.

CODE OF CONDUCT

[UN] CODE OF CONDUCT // THE DECK RULES

To preserve the magic, safety, and uninhibited energy aboard our vessels, every guest agrees to abide by The Deck Rules. Entry is a privilege, not a right; our committee enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy.

1. RADICAL & ENTHUSIASTIC CONSENT

Enthusiastic Yes Only: Flirting and chemistry are central to the [UN] energy, but boundaries are absolute. A soft "maybe," silence, or hesitation means NO.

No Means Stop Immediately: Any unwanted physical touch, persistent cornering, or pressuring behavior results in immediate removal from the event.

2. PRIVACY, MEDIA & DISCRETION

The "35mm Rule" (Consent First Photography): You are encouraged to capture the vibe, but never record or photograph another guest without their explicit permission.

Discretion Is Non-Negotiable: Many of our members are prominent professionals, creators, or couples exploring alternative dynamics. What happens offshore stays offshore.

Zero Creep-Shots: Sneaky photography, non-consensual live streaming, or predatory recording will result in an instant permanent ban and public removal of media.

3. NAUTICAL SAFETY & THE CAPTAIN’S WORD

The Captain Has Absolute Authority: Marine safety rules supersede all event activities. If the Captain or Crew gives an instruction regarding life jackets, vessel limits, anchor lines, or weather procedures, you must obey instantly.

Swimming Rules: Deep-water swimming and sandbar dips are only permitted when the boat is fully anchored and the Captain has officially declared the water open. No diving off moving vessels under any circumstance.

Watch Your Step: Teak decks and fiberglass get slippery. Keep one hand for yourself and one hand for the vessel.

4. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

Pace Yourself: Open bars and sun exposure accelerate dehydration and intoxication. Know your limits.

No Dangerous Intoxication: Guests who become belligerent, incapacitated, or unsafe to themselves or others on the water will be quarantined on deck and dropped off at the nearest dock.

Illegal Substances: Federal maritime laws apply on the water. Zero tolerance for illegal substances that jeopardize the vessel’s legal compliance.

5. VIBE INTEGRITY & DRESS CODE

Respect the Aesthetic: Adhere to the event dress code (vintage coastal prep, sun-bleached swimwear, unbuttoned oxfords, gold accents).

Bring Good Energy: We curate a 15M / 15F balanced deck for chemistry and fluidity. Negative attitudes, entitlement, aggression, or competitive drama ruin the deck dynamic for everyone and won't be tolerated.

ENFORCEMENT & REMOVAL

Violating The Deck Rules carries immediate consequences:

Offshore Drop-Off: If you violate consent, privacy, or safety rules while on the water, the boat will dock at the nearest commercial marina, and you will be escorted off the vessel immediately at your own expense.

Permanent Exclusion: You will be permanently excluded from all future UN Hinged events.

No Reinstatement: Removal is final. Guests removed for a rule violation are not readmitted.
