Regular in-person participation: Final deadline for registration is 30th September 2026 (23:59 CEST) and for fee payment is 14th October 2026 (23:59 CEST).
The deadline for online registration is 20th November 2026 (23:59 CET) and is free.

Your nationality and passport number are being collected strictly for identity verification and for compliance with applicable security protocols. In full accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards, this data will remain strictly confidential, stored securely, and shared only with competent authorities where necessary. It will be deleted within 60 days from the end of IFLRY's 59th General Assembly.
