All works must be developed using natural fibres. This is a material-led exhibition, centred on tactility, process, and the quiet innovation of fibre as medium. The exhibition explores five distinct archetypes, outlined in this proposal that reflect contemporary South African identities, lifestyles, and material cultures.
Please note a participation fee will be required for selected participants to cover exhibition costs including transport of works from Cape Town and Johannesburg (return), insurance, installation materials, PR and press.
