Please Note: Xenion Summer Fun Club cannot offer support for children with profound Special Educational Needs (Autism Spectrum). In the event of a child being diagnosed with a profound special need whilst studying at Xenion Summer Fun Club, the Management reserves the right to discontinue the child’s programme, on the basis that we do not have specialist SEN staff to offer support.

Σε περίπτωση που μαθητής διαγνωστεί με ΕΜΔ κατά τη διάρκεια της φοίτησης του στο Xenion Summer Fun Club, η Διεύθυνση μπορεί να διακόψει την φοίτηση του παιδιού, εφόσον δεν υπάρχει το κατάλληλο εκπαιδευτικό προσωπικό στο σχολείο για ΕΜΔ.

For and on behalf of both parents/guardians, I hereby confirm the registration of the above-named child at Xenion Summer Fun Club hereinafter referred to as ‘the School’ and I declare and confirm that I accept the following terms and conditions:

    1. I consent to my child taking part in various games, activities and excursions, organised by the School and which will either take place at the School or at other locations as designated by the School as well as to be transported for swimming at the beach, pool, etc. by bus. e.g.  swimming excursions, events. etc.

    2. I declare that I am aware of the Law on the Protection of the Individual’s Personal Data GDPR 2016 and I hereby give permission to the school to use my child’s name and personal data (e.g. name, photographs etc) for the following purposes:-
                   a.  For information purposes;

                   b.  For the School to use my child’s details for advertising purposes.

Εκ μέρους και των δύο γονέων/κηδεμόνων εγγράφουμε το πιο πάνω παιδί για φοίτηση στο Xenion Summer Fun Club και δηλώνουμε ότι αποδεχόμαστε τους πιο κάτω όρους:

     1. Δίνουμε την συγκατάθεση μας να λαμβάνει μέρος το παιδί μας στα διάφορα παιχνίδια, δραστηριότητες και εκδρομές, που οργανώνονται είτε στο σχολείο είτε εκτός αυτού, καθώς και να μεταφέρεται για κολύμπι στη θάλασσα, την πισίνα, κλπ. με λεωφορείο.

     2. Δηλώνουμε ότι είμαστε ενήμεροι για τις πρόνοιες του περί επεξεργασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα Νόμου GDPR  και αποδεχόμαστε όπως το Xenion Summer Fun Club και οι εξαρτημένες εταιρείες του, μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν τα προσωπικά δεδομένα του παιδιού κατά την διάρκεια της φοίτησης του στο Xenion Summer Fun Club και μετά το τέλος του, όπως όνομα, φωτογραφίες κ.λπ. για:

                α) Αποστολή ενημερωτικού υλικού

                β) Διαφήμιση και ενημέρωση του κοινού για το Xenion Summer Fun Club
