INQUIRY: The Great Big Book Swap

The Great Big Book Swap attracts a lively crowd of book lovers ready to browse, shop, snack, and explore. With author meet-and-greets, creative workshops, and cozy coffeehouse vibes (or fun dance party vibes after dark!), attendees stay and engage—creating steady foot traffic. It’s the perfect opportunity for vendors to showcase unique products, boost sales, and connect with a passionate, book-loving audience.

Event details

Each Swap lasts three hours. Upon submitting this inquiry you will be informed within one week if you meet the criteria of the event. If so, you will receive an invitation to register and secure your spot.
Due to space concerns and vendor feedback, we’ve added two vendor space options for these events. Vendors may choose a standard Table Space, an 8' wide x 6' deep space suitable for one table (table not provided) for the standard $100 fee, or a limited number of larger 10' x 10' Booth Spaces for $125.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: • Table space: 8' wide x 6' deep space for $100, 16' x 6' space for $200 (table not included) • Booth space: 10' deep x 10' wide space for $125, 10' x 20' space for $250 (limited availability) • Outdoor space for $125 • First-Time Authors: half a 6' table for free (table and tablecloth included) • Returning Authors: half table for $50 or full for $100 (table and tablecloth included) • Extensive social media amplification • NO POWER AVAILABLE (except for food vendors at indoor locations)
