This Warranty Extension Form allows you to extend the standard warranty period of your instrument from 2 years to a total of 5 years. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions sheet available on the Universe platform for full details and eligibility requirements.

The questions included in this form are intended solely to help us better understand how our products are being used and what matters most to our customers. These insights allow us to continuously improve our products and services.
