Lean Systems for Agrifood Transformation is a 2-day executive lab designed for senior agrifood professionals leading organisational or network-level transformation initiatives.

Participation is limited to 12-15 professionals to ensure depth, strategic dialogue and high quality peer exchange. Applications are reviewed to confirm leadership scope, experience level and alignment with programme objectives.
