Christmas Market Application Form 2026

The dates of the 2026 Milntown Christmas Market will be held on Saturday the 14th and Sunday 15th November at Milntown Estate.

Stalls are allocated on a case-by-case basis, with preference being given to those who are exhibiting something different and unique as well as those who are booking for 2 days being given priority to minimise disruption.

We have had to increase the costs of our stalls this year due to the rising costs of the marquee hire. Therefore, stalls will be priced as below:

Single Stall - 1 Day = £40 Double Stall - 1 Day = £80 Single Stall - 2 Days = £75 Double Stall - 2 Days = £150

Electric & Wall Space + £15 per stall per day - limited spaces

This includes tea and coffee for the exhibitors and a table if required.

*We will be placing stallholders so that ideally no two similar stalls will be next to each other, but when your space has been allocated, we will not be moving people around on the day.*
