What is your biggest struggle in your business right now? Where do you feel stuck?

Lead generation strategies. I don't know what to do for lead generation every day. I am winging it.

My database. I may or may not have a CRM, but either way I don't really use it a lot. It is not organized well and feels messy.

Lead follow up. I don't typically know who to follow with and when to follow up with them. Sometimes I know I need to follow up but I don't know what to say.

My organization. I am doing a lot of things on my own right now and I know that I want to hire, but I am not sure who to hire, how to hire, or when to hire them. Can I even afford to hire?

My systems. Things just feel messy. I am reinventing the wheel a lot and I don't have any solid SOPs or automation in my business. I wish I did so that I could save time.

My daily routine. I feel scattered around and am always jumping to the next thing. I don't have any regular schedule or good time blocking habits.
