Agreement Acknowledgement

By booking this session, you acknowledge and agree that the photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the photoshoot. Participation is voluntary, and clients assume all responsibility for themselves and their children.

While every reasonable effort will be made to safely capture, store, and deliver all images, the photographer is not liable for unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to corrupted files, lost files, technical malfunctions, or equipment failure. In the unlikely event this occurs, any reimbursement, reshoot, or credit offered will be determined solely at the photographer’s discretion.
