The Rib Connection is a member- only community, positioning you to find your missing rib or God Ordained Spouse. Our community is on a mission to create an environment where true, in-person, and authentic connections can be made. 

We want every individual’s experience to be positive, no matter where they are in their journey. These Community Guidelines are to make it clear what kind of behavior we believe helps foster a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment.
We will do our part to uphold these rules and expect the same from our community members.

Note: These guidelines are subject to change. You will be notified of such changes.

The Rib Connection Rules:

1.     You must be 21 years of age or older to become a member. We take this seriously; any individual who is found to be under this age limit will be immediately removed from the community. This also means we don’t allow any connections or attendance of minors.

 

2.     Be Truthful. The Rib Connection was created for people who are looking for real connections that can lead to marriage. This means being truthful in your application, showing up authentically, and being clear with your intentions. References will be checked to vouch for your integrity, whereas upon acceptance, a potential match may obtain your email. Deceiving others about you is misaligned with our values of honesty and authenticity. That is detestable to our community. 

 

3.     Remain respectful. We expect each of our members to treat one another with dignity and respect. While we do not control your personal interactions via email, Respectful behavior is expected across any space we share (ie. event or group chat). Respect the opinions of others, even if you do not agree. We prohibit harassment (including sexual harassment), bullying, or intimidation, including repeated, unwanted contact either online or in person. 
 

4.     Maintaining a Safe Environment. Your safety is our top priority. The best connections happen when people feel safe to be their full selves. We do not allow threats, intimidation, or any behavior that suggests, incites, or causes harm toward another person - either online or in person. This also includes Violent or Graphic components. Members should not promote physical, emotional, or psychological abuse within our community. This includes unwanted sexual advances, comments, or imagery. We don’t allow nudity or sexually graphic content in our spaces. There is no place for any items that show or celebrate violence, abuse, cruelty, or death in any form. We don’t allow scams, impersonation, or any kind of manipulation for personal or financial gain. Consent should be clearly and freely communicated and can be expressly granted and revoked. We do not tolerate sexual coercion, exploitation, or any other non-consensual sexual behavior or contact in our spaces.  We encourage our community to uphold these same standards in all interactions.Consent should be clearly and freely communicated and can be granted or revoked at any time. We do not tolerate sexual coercion, exploitation, or any other non-consensual sexual behavior or contact amongst our members.

5.     Follow applicable laws. We don’t allow any illegal activity in our community. This includes but is not limited to leveraging our platform to buy, sell, or trade illegal items, exploiting others in any way, or sharing content that harms, sexualizes, or endangers minors.
 

Reporting

If you see any items, content, or behavior that goes against our Community Guidelines, please report it to our team directly.

If you've experienced harm as a member of The Rib Connection community, we encourage you to inform us immediately in writing. Reports are confidential and allow us to review and take any necessary action to prioritize user safety.  We also do not disclose any details beyond your name and email address to anyone but The Rib Connection team.
