StitchedxMC Terms of Service

By submitting an order inquiry or securing a place on our embroidery schedule, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth ordering process.

1. Reservations & Booking Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to confirm and secure your custom embroidery piece. This payment reserves your place in my schedule schedule and will be applied toward the final cost of your order. Your order is not officially confirmed until payment has been received. All booking deposits are non-refundable.

2. Scheduling & Order Deadlines

You are responsible for making sure their garments arrive with sufficient time for completion. All items must be received at least 31 days before the requested return date.

3. Design Consultation & Approval

We will communicate prior to your scheduled embroidery date to review your design preferences, placement, colors, and other details.

A preliminary design will be created and shared for your review before stitching begins. Substantial changes may result in extra charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard return shipping costs will be included in your order total. Shipping typically ranges around $10, depending on packaging and location. United States delivery only.

I will provide shipping information once shipped. Shipments will be insured based on cost of embroidery design.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a completed package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and handling become the responsibility of that carrier.

In the event of a shipping issue, any reimbursement will be subject to the shipping carrier’s insurance determination and applicable coverage. We cannot guarantee reimbursement beyond the amount recovered through the carrier’s claim process.

6. Agreement to Policies

By submitting an order request and/or paying the required booking deposit, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies outlined above.

I TRULY appreciate your business and look forward to creating something special for you and your loved ones!
