Room Request (AITS will assign a roommate if you are traveling alone but wish to share a room; if no roommate is available, you will be invoiced for a single room.)

Deposit Information (required)

A $1,000 deposit is due upon registration to confirm participation and will be credited towards the total cost of the program. This deposit becomes non-refundable after March 9, 2026.

Payment Schedule

An interim payment of $2000 is due on May 19, 2026 (invoiced by Inquisitive Ventures, LLC); it becomes non-refundable after June 23, 2026.
A final payment, reflecting the balance, is due on June 23, 2026 (invoiced by Inquisitive Ventures, LLC); it is non-refundable.
