Account Executive (Closer) – Remote
Remote | Commission-heavy | OTE $10k+ / month
This is a pure closing role. All lead gen and meetings are done for you. Your job is to run strong sales calls and close deals.

StackOptimise is one of the top GTM Engineering agencies globally, building outbound revenue systems using modern GTM tech like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, and AI-driven workflows. We’re hiring our first sales rep and looking for a hungry, experienced seller to own the closing function and help scale a proven offer with strong, consistent demand.
The Role
You will close warm, qualified meetings already booked directly onto your calendar. You will run discovery and closing calls, handle objections confidently, and drive deals over the line.
Compensation
Commission is uncapped and heavily weighted. On-target earnings are $10k+ per month for strong performers.
Who We’re Looking For
You are a proven B2B closer, ideally with agency or SaaS experience. You are comfortable in commission-heavy roles and confident selling $4–$25k+ monthly retainers. You speak fluent English, both written and spoken.
Bonus points if you are familiar with modern GTM and outbound tools such as Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, or HubSpot.
