Biz Ops @ Series D Fintech (Dubai)

W're recruiting on behalf of a high-growth cross-border payments company backed by Reid Hoffman, Spark Capital, and Canaan. They've achieved 3x growth year over year, operate in 40+ markets, and are scaling profitably. They're hiring a business operations leader to own their fraud strategy end-to-end out of their Dubai hub.
About the role

1. Own a core business metric end-to-end with full accountability for detection, investigation, and prevention across millions of monthly transactions

2. Build and refine the operating systems behind fraud: rules, models, workflows, and automation that scale as the business enters new markets and launches new products

3. Make high-stakes operational decisions daily, moving from data to action

4. Partner closely with product and engineering to translate insights into product controls, balancing security with a seamless user experience
The role is 5 days/week onsite in Dubai, one of the company's fastest-growing and most self-sustaining hubs. Visa sponsorship available.


Ideal Profile: 2-4 years in strategy consulting at a top consulting firm. Startup experience is a strong plus.
