How do you actually finish your projects?

A short survey for solo founders, freelancers, and people running a side project alongside their day job.
I'm researching how people who work for themselves stay focused — what actually helps, and why important projects sometimes stall for months.

Not selling anything, not building a mailing list. I want to understand what actually works for different kinds of people: solo developers juggling a dozen ideas, freelancers stuck between client deadlines, and folks trying to grow a side project after their day job.

Takes 5–7 minutes. Answers stay private — only I read them, just to draw conclusions. There's a question at the end about a short call (15–25 min) — saying "yes" is fully optional.

No right answers. The honest ones — especially about failures — are most useful.
